Binance joins Neo Council, 2.1 million NEO used to secure two Top 21 positions

Binance Staking has secured two positions on the Neo Council. At the time of press, Binance has voted with approximately 2.1 million NEO to secure its places in the Top 21. Binance is the world's largest custodial exchange with nearly US $9.07 billion in 24-hour volume, according to CoinCap.io. Binance Staking is a service that allows users to earn distributions offered on proof-of-stake or other networks that distribute rewards to participants. The platform provides two types of staking: flexible and locked. Flexible staking offers fewer rewards but allows users to move the underlying assets at any time. Locked staking requires users to deposit a token for a specific time frame but provides higher yields. For example, a minimum of 0.01 NEO locked for 15, 30, 60, or 120 days will earn increasing yields of 5.79%, 7.49%, 8.79%, and 13.56% (made in GAS distributions), respectively. Clinton and Trump Go At It Over Russian Hacking and leaked Emails

Recently, Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said that Donald Trump gave Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin permission to hack the U.S.

“Putin has let loose cyber attackers to hack into government files, to hack into personal files, hack into the Democratic National Committee. But we will defend the citizens of this country, and the Russians need to understand that. I think they’ve been treating it as almost a probing, how far will we go? How much will we do? And that’s why I was so shocked when Donald publicly invited Putin to hack into Americans. That is just unacceptable,” Clinton stated.

“Russia, if your listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” Trump said. I think you will probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”

Lawyers for Clinton have turned over work related emails, but had deleted 1000’s that were about personal issues. James Comey, FBI Director, said that “During that month that Clinton should have known that some of the emails stored on that private server in her New York home were classified, but there isn’t enough evidence that she intentionally mishandled classified information.”

“That gives me a big problem,” Trump said. “After she gets a subpoena! She gets subpoenaed, and she gets rid of 33,000 emails? That gives me a problem. Now if Russia or China or any other country has those emails, I mean, to be honest with you, I’d love to see them.”

Trump attacked the DNC as well. His attack came after thousands of emails were published on WikiLeaks this past July. The emails showed who was leading, including Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida, favored Clinton over competitor Bernie Sanders. Two days after that, Schultz stepped down from her position.

A campaign spokesman for Trump recently said that Trump had meant his comments to be taken as sarcasm, and not literally.
